[Resolved] Ortel Communications — worst service for cable tv | |||
It has been a common issue now where customer are facing no signal for good number of 10 days to 15 days in every month. Even after lodging a complaint the signal comes, but it doesn't stay stable. This has now been a practice to lodge a complain every now & then. Even after requesting them (Number of times) to insure to come up with permanent solution, there is no outcome for the efforts made. Ortel has become one of the worst service providers at today's date with zero customer satisfaction. Would like to request the existing customer to look for other professional cable service providers rather then staying up with ortel.
