Ortel Communications — Worst service, wasting customer time

I applied for ortel fiber they told me they install within a week it's been more than 25 days, in between that time some technician call and told me they will install tomorrow, but their tomorrow is not coming till now, yesterday another technician call me and promised me they will install today, now they are not responding. They don't receive my call, if i got another call from your technician i will file harrasent case against ortel
