Ortel — Complaint not resolved for over a week | |||
Ortel Membership number[protected], The set top box is not working and I have been tired of calling customer care. Every time they say they will send the technical shortly. but it never happens. It has been a week now. They have an email address available in the web (ctc.[protected]@ortelgroup.com) which is not working. All the emails bounce. Pathetic customer care.
