Ortel Digital Setup Box (New Connection) — Regarding activation of setup box and false commitment | |||
Sir i am regular user of ortel cable connection. As per the news 31st is the last date for installation of setup box. On 26th dec i was provided with new setup box and i fulfilled all the criterias as per the noms. The salesman told me that within 2hrs your setup box will be activated. But till today ie 28th dec it has not been activated. Sir what to do now ? some details for your knowledge ?
