Ortel — Poor service of Ortel Communication

My membership no is 01164890, Bhubaneswar, dist khurda, Odisha. My modem is in offline mode and not receiving signal since two days.I have lodged complain in no-[protected] .24 hours past after lodgement of complain . Customer Care agent is saying, we will solve your problem very soon .But still I am waiting for result. Customer Care service is very poor. Kindly advise me what step I must take. Awaiting for your sincere reply.
