To The manager, sir, This to bring to your notice under the broadband membership id 01237736 is not giving a good service . Before connection the company has plan to give us a good service of the speed 512 kbps under the mention plan of Rs.610 for unlimited for 1 month but it not getting even the speed of 10 kbps not even 1 month has been oven as it is a new connection.
