[Resolved] OverCart — Overcart is not providing the tracking details, or any other details of the order

My order id is BST[protected],
even after payment they are not providing the tracking details. i try to contact them so many times, every time i am getting that their representatives are currently busy, just provide tracking details and when it will reach me.

However, your order was placed and dispatched the same day and is currently out for delivery. You can be assured that the order will be delivered to you today itself. The tracking number have been shared with you over an SMS and an email as well.
