[Resolved] OverCart — Payment made but order got cancelled | |||||
On jan 31st of 2017, I have paid for jbl earphones through sbi net banking. The amount got deducted from my account. But the order was cancelled by overcart. I have contacted the customer care, and it always said they didnt recieve any payment and asked me to contact bank. After contacting bank I found that payment has been completed to the merchant. I want overcart to take immediate action and confirm my order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
