Oyo Life — wifi not working and water quality is very bad

Location - Gurgaon, oyo life grg1568, 5th floor room no - 503. i have been asking the property supervisor and area manager for 1 month now about the WiFi situation. they always come up with some or the other reason for it and never ever repair it. all the residents are facing the same issue for a long time. such a pathetic service. they do not forget to collect the hefty fee on time. this is unacceptable.
