I was unable to check-in the hotel as the same booking was removed by oyo from oyo app. I called the hotel fellow, was also denied to check-in as they don't have the details of booking. It was my worst experience which i ever faced in my life. Oyo facilities were good initially but it getting worst day by day. Please provide the refund amount of inr 1466 which i paid for the stay.
