[Resolved] Oyo Room — i'm complaining about my oyo hotel booking | |||
I had spoken to atleast 14-15 oyo cs executives and all the call recording is there with me. My issue: - i had created a booking for oyo 6714 innate inn, kochi, with booking id "fpou4679", from 2-aug till 4-aug for 2 guest with breakfast and the amount payable was rs.1830+rs.190 (For breakfast)=rs.2021. But due to your technical reason my booking got cancelled for which i called your customer service where i spoke to one of your executive, after listening to my issue she kept me on hold and the call was disconnected then i called again then spoke to another executive mr. Ajim, he said due to technical reason my booking was cancelled so he created a new booking id "dvfw3942" with a discount of rs.362, so my payable amt was rs.1, 859/-. Now when i reached the hotel i came to know that my this id was also cancelled, so i was denied for check-in, so again i. E. 3rd time i had to call the cs where again my problem was not resolved and was kept on hold saying they will transfer to the manager and the call was disconnected after half an hour hold. Now 4th time when i called after waiting 2 hours outside the hotel, i spoke with mr. Vishnu pada and he promised to resolve the issue and created a new booking id "pscw0912", but again this id also got cancelled so he has to create another id "morj9417", he himself spoke with the reception manager and shared the booking id and also told to the manager that the id will reflect in their tab only after 30-45 mins so accept my check-in with the payment of rs.1659. Finally i checked-in and made the payment of rs.1659 at hotel at 5:30 pm after 4-5 hrs of wait. Now on 3rd morning when we went for breakfast, hotel manager denied for breakfast and asked me to speak with oyo again as my this id was also cancelled. So at 8 am i started calling your cs and called 4 times and each and every time your team kept me on hold after listening to my problem and the calls get disconnected. Then the 5th time i spoke for with ms sharabjit listening to her enthusiasm i thought my problem will be resolved but her call also got disconnected. No on bothers to call back. Then i spoke with ms. Priyanka the special officer as she mentioned to me. Now after listening to my whole story she created a new id "pvyb6807" and said she cannot create a back dated booking so she created for 3rd aug to 5th aug and said the date will be modified by the back end team and also said the amount created was for 2021 as earlier booking, out of which 400 will be given as cashback but i didnt get that also. Secondly the hotel people didnt gave us breakfast as the booking was not there even after i paid rs.190 extra though the earlier amt was including the breakfast. So i again i called 3 times and every time the call was kept on hold and it use get disconnected or it use get cross connected with other irritated customers. This was the first time i booked with oyo app directly every time i use book goibibo and i am very happy with the service they give. You people needs to learn from them. Now i need compensation for the harassment and the pressure i had to bear due to your technical issue, the whole day i was on calls with your cs executive and still the it was not resolved ad i had to pay excess.
