My number :[protected], Mail id : [protected]@gmail.com, I was booked a rooms on[protected] at hotel spar grand visakhapatnam, Unexpected rainfall at were i am started place, so i am cancelled booking, when i am cancelling the booking, i was conceit your executive and was cancelled, so please clear my payment issue and this is third time i am remanding you. My booking emails says; meal is included, but i have been asked to pay, even i have spoken to customer care, but he concluded without even listening.
And Booking emails clearly says that meal is included.
