[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — escalations and refund
I had booked a room with oyo at 3:00 pm on 8th nov 2018. And at 3:02 pm decided to cancel the room because of alterations in my plan. My refund payment is pending even after escalation mangers promise of refunding full amount. They cut the phone after promising to call back with a solution but they never do this had happened 5 times. The escalation manager promised full refund into my payment method. But did not receive anything
