Sir,

I am a oyo regular customer, today i was come along with my family, mother, wife and daughter. I show my ex service man medical id.in this card what ever the person stay all members photo date of birth all are here. But your person told only aadhar, passport, election id only accept. Please clarify by to me. Central government id is not valid?. As a army person i feel lot. Give reply. If not recd i will go to consumers right. Army id is valid or not.

We apologize for the hassle that you had to face during one of your stays with us. We would like to inform you that as per our guest policies, It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without an Original copy of a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
