Oyo Rooms — loss of mobile in oyo room | |||
I had checked in to hotel oyo 11966 grand euro park on sunday 2 september. We checked in at 1am and in an hour i was alarmed to find out that my mobile is missing after checking in. The hotel staff were very irrresponsible and i asked for cctv photoage and they dined by giving me stupid reasons like they were speaking to an extent that” go and complain to police station and they told there will be no use “. My booking is is exsf6230.. My mobile is redmi note4. They are very irrresponsible and worst. It took this much time for me to block and get another sim after lot of efforts. No positive outcome was observed to my concern till now from the hotel side. I atleast expect that this would now be resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
