[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — My money deducted due to some error of OYO | |
I tried to book a room through OYO rooms on 24/11/2020 at 1.48 pm. The check in was scheduled at 25/11/2020 and I paid 399 through Paytm UPI from my airtel payment bank. After the completion of payment the booking was reverted to 24th of November itself. I contacted a customer service agent and he asked me to cancel the booking and rebook for the required date. I cancelled the rooms at 12:22pm and no refund was issued from the OYO side. When enquired the agent told no refund can be provided since the cancellation was done after 9am on the same date of scheduled check in.. I still don't understand how can i cancel a booking which was done after 12pm on 24 /11/2020, before 9 am of the same time date . My booking id was ZWPS7362 ... Now my hard earned money is lost due to a technical error from the OYO side. Kindly consider my issue and refund money on humanitarian grounds.

Dec 3, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted oyo through Facebook page of their and described my problems ! an Oyo agent named sandeep called me and talk to about my issue with very decency and professionalism... I got refund of this cancelled booking also... Thanks to sandeep thanks to oyo ! OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
