[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — payment for hotel booking | |||
I am sohil babbar, I had payed Rs 893/- throught my ICICI debit card on 10th November for booking a room in hyderabad through Oyo app Booking Id XEZV4107 at hotel majestic international. Later when i reached the hotel, oyo had not confirmed the payment, I was in touch with the oyo customer service and Repationship team. They said the amount was not received even tough the amount was debited from my account and confirmed by my bank. I payed the whole amount again during checking out of hotel and was assured of the refund. My bank has confirmed Oyo withdrawing the amount and have filed a case against the merchant OYO. Its been over 1 month and my money has not received. Soon i am going to file a consumer case against oyo for pathetic service and fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||
