[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — receptionist miss behave | |||
I booked a room in ajmer sharif in sacheti yatri niwas based on the oyo rooms ratings, i booked it at 1 june. I check in into hotel in midnight and the room was messy and some cigarette ash was on ground and pillow. And i complaint about this to receptionist and he missbehaved and said “ye le paise or kahi or dekh le room ek raat k liye”. And i don’t know what he said with his wordings. I was shocked. I was with my fiance and this behaves was very shockable for me and my fiancé. We take cash from receptionist and go for searching another hotel at midnight. I was very scared at that time, it was very disappointing me. And suddenly i found a auto and give him 500rs to search a better hotel for us near dargah shareef. Very very very poor service with oyo. Don’t book the hotels on the basis of oyo ratings. It’s better to book a hotel from make my trip and goibibo. Please take a look at my complaint so that in future no one is getting scared.
