Hi, we booked room on 21 may 2018 in Manali himanchal . But when we went to seeing Flat or room, that's time nobody is over there . No owner, no neighbor ...and rooms were locked . So we decided to move another hotel . And we didn't check in hotel. I booked a hotel and paid online. when I got to the motel it was overbooked so I was told I would get a refund in 7 to 14 days. I just got an email from Oyo Usa Escalations asking for bank account info. because thats the only way they can refund which makes no since because my payment was excepted without an account. I paid with a mastercard linked to my paypal. I do not have a bank account right now. I called customer service and was told I will get a call. I would like my refund, especially since I didn't cancel my reservation. MY BOOKING ID: LCJ04831 My email is [protected]@gmail.com
