Maine bhi policy 18 month pahle surender ki, but ab tak refund nahi mila. Mere policy ki sab instalment paid he our maturity claim mangane gaya to company representative ne kaha ki suprim court me case chal raha he, jab tak head branch se order nahi ayega hum paisa refund nahi denge.Muze paise ki sakt jarurat he. plz shashi

Sir, i am not getting my maturity amount from last year. I have fixed rs 22500 for 10 year in pacl ltd and same has been matured in november 2014. I have submitted all document to pacl ltd allahabad on 29/05/2015. My registraction no is u[protected]. Please help me regards, vijay singh

I have a policy with PACL that has been matured in the month of March 2015 and so far, there is no assurance that when my money is going to be credited to my account. I tried to contact the numbers mentioned on PACL home page: +[protected], 99, 39, 10, +[protected], +[protected] and [protected]. There were no responce to any of the above mentioned numbers except [protected]. # [protected] stated to be a wrong number. Please reply to this email as when the stuffs are going to be resolved. Hello sir, my fathe have join a deposit plan for 5 year with pacl india . now they completed 5 year of that plan accroding to plan we get 50000 case in hand after 5 years n we also completed 5 years before one year n we apply for our deposit money return but we still dont get any response pls give some impresive tasks to get money return our money .

I have done a policy with PACL Ltd. for Rs. 550/- per month vide policy no. U[protected] on a payment term of 06 years which already ended in 25/02/2015. but still i have not received my maturity amount in my account, while the agency person completed all the formalities from my end. i have already submitted my bank detail and other necessary documents regarding bank transfer, but still i have not got the maturity amount. it has already passed a long period of four months. so kindly look into the matter

Sir, This is D.LAKSHMIDEVI. I have an account in PACL india limited. I need to complaint you that, I stoped the payment of money to my account due to not coming agent to me. After some days the people who are paying same(neighbours) to this company, they are said to me that the agent escaped with bag of money and my paid receipt. So 1.where is my money? 2. what can i do now? 3.what are the actions about my account? 4. when my money return back?

I have a Policy in PACL india pvt ltd. Policy was expired may 2015 and also agent came to my home and collected the original policy documents .as per the agent after verification of the documents will be get the money.but still I have not get amount from the company. I have called several times but official authority saying that still case is in court we are not in poss ion to refund the amount. Please look into this refund the amount as early as possible . महोदय,
निबेदन है कि मेने (पर्ल्स) पी ए सी एल लिमिटेड कम्पनी में 550 रूपए तिमाही क़िस्त पर 7 साल तक 15400 रूपए जैम किये मेरा पॉलिसी न U[protected] है जो कि मीना सिंह नाम से है 1 साल हो गया पूरा हुए लेकिन पेमेंट बापस नहीं किया जबकि सेबी और सैट ने 22/08/2014 को आदेश किया की आप सभी कस्टमर का पेमेंट कर दे/ लेकिन कम्पनी ने नहीं किया / में शारीरिक रूप से काफी परेसान हु/ अतः आपसे निवेदन है की उचित कार्यवाही कर जल्द से जल्द पेमेंट करवाया जाय /

Dear sir, I am a customer of PACL. My reg no.- U[protected] Agency code- [protected] Agency unit code-[protected] Payment plan no. I8-054, 06yr-om Commenced on 23/07/2011 I have invested in a half yearly RD scheme of rs 10660/- I paid 06 installments.. After that due to SEBI /PACL problems I am not able to deposit my premium.. Now I heard a lot about PACL, and further I don't want to invest in your company even if you continue premium deposits.. When I am approaching my agency they are giving a response like..( are ab kuch nai ho Sakta, ab paisa wapis nai milega ) Please sir I am requesting kindly refund my amount.. It will be good for me and also good for the fame of your company.. Please be good for your customers ..
