PACL is not refunding hard money of an investor even after maturity. I have invested money and my policy got matured before 1 year and raised complaint in Sebi. But Sebi also failed to take action even I raised the compliant before 1 year and sending multiple reminders to Sebi. PACL is bigger scam than SAHARA..

Sir I agent 2008 2012 of PACL informing you that our customers 100 more 50 lakes invested in small saving plan deposit are facing so many struggles in getting their matured amount even after matured date completed 2 year before I am requesting you sincerely please provide our customers matured amount as early as possible Please replay follow by questions 1 when sbi realised payment account in pacl 2 what replay my customers questions 3 when pacl given matured found

I am sonali mashalkar ex - employee of our organization. I have resigned my job on dated: - 22 / 11 / 2014 & my employee code - 22811 & designation: - sr asst in secunderabad divisional office in hyderabad.
I have worked last 9 years our organization.
I have received my full & final settlement details payment on dated[protected] but in that statement did not include my gratuity amount. We are forwarding to ho letter no - 6269 dated - 20 / 02 / 2015 for request for release pending gratuity amount.
Please release my gratuity amount as earlier as possible.

All installment paid in time for 5 years 6 months. Bond issued by company BR28B 7557795 effective date was 17.8.2009 matured date was 17.2.2015. Original bond and last payment received was submitted to pacl office in gurgaon branch along with affidavit, cancelled check, pan copy and address proof copy. They assured matured money with interest will be credited to your account in six months with interest of 6 months delay. No concrete feed back is receiving from pacl-gurgaon office after 6 months over. My matured money amount is approx. On 21st aug'15 myself visited one of the chennai branch of PACL india located at mount road, but the office remained closed, when i enquired about the office opening status i get to know that the office is closed more than 3 month without any notice and the most sadest part is that i could see there are many uneducated poor ladies sitting and waiting at the doors.Request you to help those by reopening the branch or advise the procedure for collecting the matured amount which can help many of the poor fellows who wonder with no clear updates My Registration no:[protected] Date of commencement:12/11/2008 Maturity date:12/11/2014

I have submit the maturity documents i january 2015 with maturity amount of RD is rs 181000 something but till date i have not refund my money and never get any response. The branch manger of kapurthala csc was very rude person he has no manners how to talk with the customers he can simply say you do any with your full force i cant refund your money asked to any body. He is very fraud person he gets money from agents and customers and then return the money he never sits in the branch and never handle the customers he always barganing with the customers and always demand for the customer provide me amount of money then i will refund otherwise i cant do anything for you

I Have taken two numbers of policy from PACL India Limited no: U[protected] dt. 31.08.2007 & U[protected] Dt. 31.08.2007 both the policy have matured on the dated 01.03.2013, but still payment not given. several time i have called to the agent and also to delhi office but no one response to me, that agent has given to me dated only . please help to me

My name is Rajesh Krolia. In 2008 I P.A.C.L. PVT. LTD. Started work as agents. While with the company, I have lots of time on your peers micro accounts opened and deposited their installment. Now those accounts 66 months ended in July 2014 is. But now even that branch are approved, the flick is taken it up by saying that the Indian government froze the account is maintained. Individuals who have accounts, he is very poor and the working man. his eyes have only one question, our money when will be come. Please give a solution. I am compelled missed.

My mother is being PACL agent and she had been collecting and paying instalments from her customer by time. We belong to rural area near Trichy, Tamilnadu. The company had stopped delivering the maturity amount in the past 3 years. My mother had just joined as an agent just 6 years back... Means end of the year 2009. She was not aware of the companies fraudulent cases. When after 5 years, when she is supposed to give back the customers the deposited money, she had been locked up. She has no clue how to get the investors money back. And her agent fee also was not given properly. She is not at all bothered of agent commission. She is so much worried about returning money to the investors. But the branch office in trichy still continues to collect the money for existing policies . But they have closed off the part of delivering the maturity amount. In this company, there are many such pathetic agents are also there. I seek help from you ppl to provide any help or clue to reach the right person or any right time when the company will start giving back the deposited money. Anyone please let us know, whom to contact in tamilnadu for this case Why government had not yet taken any remedy yet? Why the company is still allowed to collect money from investors? The problem is, the investors, and few agents are also innocent like my mom, they are not well educated or well-informed persons to get handy information about their problems. The company had targeted rural ppl so that they can't go for any legal actions. Why still only our Indian ppl are suffering from these innocence? After 69 years of independence, we have developed our skills only to cheat innocent ppl? Ppl please help us in resolving this issue. It's very important Please someone in tamilnadu help us

As the Bond 1) U[protected], 2) U[protected], 3) U[protected] being matured in the month March 2015, the claim settlement is being delayed by PACL Limited, Mysore. I have being visiting the said office at Mysore Branch, they are delaying to make settlement.

I visit to PACL branch Nellore, AP, they have been giving answers like will pay by next month like this since Jan-2014 but i have not received money. last 3 months onward if i asked them the are asking 15-20% commission on my sum amount(Rs.1, 18, 400.00)to pay early process with in 10-15 day if i pay that commission before this process. i said ok will give 10% commission on my amount but they not accepted.I have been waiting since Jan-2014 for payment but yet to not happen .Now i don't know what i have to do to get my amount soon. Fraud Number :[protected] """READ THIS FULLY" Yesterday I resgistered a complaint Regarding PACL ltd in morning at afternnoon i received a call telling calling from PACL and Spoke agreeable as" sorry for inconvinece from PACL we will debit ur money rightnow with maturity thru directwire transfer and asked few details about bank and guided me its connecting to IVR pleasetell ur PIN " even i said thinking after that how fool i had been and by Gods grace no money left in my account or else everything could have been Whipped off yesterday[protected] lets continue "he said the will credit ur account in 2 or 3 mins and before that i need to verify u r the nominee so give me ur sister number i will call to verify.. after that only i started realizing.. hes Fraud and Pakka Fruadster.. even i gave my sister number, before he calls for verification i made a desicion "if he asks for bank details even with my sister then sure he s fraud" as i thought he asked her to finally she told i cant disclose any of my bank details so at last he hung up so India people beware i heard perday their earings by cheating is in crores.. i will share the NUmber i received the call from [protected] share it And dont disclose any o[censored]r Bank details thru Phone to any one

Mera policy one is 100000 the maturity amount is 200000, and 2nd one is 10000 rupees which maturity amount is 20000.these two polices are got matured around 1 year ago but we still not get the amount from the company whenever we are going to company office which is at "tirumalgiri area, hyderabad city, telangana state" they are saying that case is in the court they have to give the permission to pay back your money.if court releases money of pacl company then we will pay you.and you people have to wait until the judgement has given the court. here my question is really sebi has seized the money of pacl.If it is wright then we will get the money.so many lakhs of people facing many problems and so many people dont know where they have to register complaint against on pacl.so please any one can forward this message to higher authority.
