To change SEBI PACL Refund Login Password

My registration on sebipaclrefund.co.in is already done by someone. Now am try to login but it requires password, but i have no password. When i click on forgot password, it requires mobile number used at the time of registration which is also missing because i don't know who did registration.
I want to know how i reset my mobile number so that i can get OTP and can change my password & mobile number. Please solve my issue? What i...

      Pacl SEBI enquiry website not working properly when I. Edit the application I upload the document it shows error while saving the data,
      Need customer care number and as soon as possible please refund the amount

      It saves the many humans life include me

      Give proper reason for delay the refund process
      And
      Give the official news in news channel

              This is inform to you sir, my pacl registration numer is U[protected] and registration name is R. Kamala and nomine name is R. Jemini. Registration Mobile number is [protected], and registration Account number is [protected].
              So I will paid in 3years in PACL. Still now I'm not receiving any kind of amount, but SEBI will refund amount in 10, 000 for PACL customers but I didn't receive that amount like 1rs also. What's that I don't no?
              So please kindly request to you, I need my amount.
              Another think, 2 weeks before I can check online for my PACL number it's showing for your PACL Amount claimed in 43, 600 how this possible. I didn't receive any message, any amount but it's showing. please you see that picture.

This message I have in the claim application status. What do i do? How do i correct to 'NO' because there is no option of editing the mistake. Please help!!

                        RESPECTED SIR/Madam, I want to complaint in Pacl INDIA. We gave 50, 000 on 26.04. 2012 to get it refunded but we have not get it yet. How to get refunded now.

                                  I have joined in this policy on Jan 2010. Expiry date was 12.07.2015. When I went to Coimbatore branch for refund no proper response. Whether I will get my money back or not. They have closed the office as well. Later found a contact number. But tat person replied as a wrong number.
