This is about my refund status for claim ack no. 4vm2yuh7er. I had filled claim application for my mother policy. Today, i checked the refund status and it shows eligible refund amount: ₹ 0 and reason as "your application (Pacl certificate no. - xxxxxxx) could not be processed further as you have declared `yes` for land allotted field in the claim application."

We had paid 5 installments and there is no land allotted physically. I looks to be deficiency in my application. I tried to reach out to helpline number. I had to redial ~30 times to connect. Once it got connected, it rang for 10 mins, but nobody picked the call.

I want correction in the claim application and mark land allotted field to be 'no'. Please provide some helpful direction.

What does this mean? Is it due to any error in the application? What should i do next?...

Sir i m. Chinnapparaj registered 3 policies u[protected], u[protected], u[protected], combined group registration with one password successfully, sice in online registration it accepted so registered, but the first u[protected] is only in refund other 2 are not found, so kindly include the above 2 policies to refund. Similarly s. Jeyaseeli, u[protected], u[protected], u[protected], registered 3 policies in one password combined together group registration with successfully, but the first u[protected] is only found in refund. Kindly include the above group registered 4 policies successfully.

Please refer to the screen shots attached, latest public notice of sebi in reference to pacl refund dated 21 july 2020
The problem is : the site https://www.sebipaclrefund.co.in is not functional. As i am unable to feed my pacl registration no into the box stated for the desired data. The password and the captcha cell are active but
The pacl registration number cell is not. I have also checked the status of my registration no which says that my application is not forwarded since i have marked ‘ yes’ on land allotted field in my application form. (Screen shot attached).

Every time i try to access the portal, i am facing same problem.

It would be very kind of you if any resolution could be extracted.

In pacl claim application.

Till now we didn't correct it.

We request you to provide an edit option or anything to solve this problem, in pacl-claim status form. It will help us to get the money at the earliest.

Already we are waiting from the year 2012. Kindly help us.

I am raising this complaint on behalf of my mother for company 'pacl india limited' she was the part of pacl india limited, she was paying certain amount from last 3-5 year then she got information like you will get this much amount so if you will fix this then will get plot and double of your money.
Actually the problem is my mother, she took this policy by her friend she only used come to my home every 3 month like that she took money from my mother & parallel she was giving all payslips & bond as a proof so i request you to help my mother she is wonder here & there but no one is helping that lady also told to my mother i can't help you now please raise request from online this you will get your money & plot according to your bond proof.
