Panasonic — 15 Days Old Product - Found Faulty LED (TH-42AS610D) - Now waiting for Replacement | |||
I purchased Panasonic Smart LED (TH-42AS610D) on 6th April 2015 and on 22 April 2015 I noticed a vertical line close to the center. So I raised a complain and on Engineer visit, they found that its a manufacturing defect. I was told that TV set will get replaced within 7-10 days. On 27th April I received another call saying that we just received the details so it will take 7-10 days from that day (i.e. 27th April 2015). Here I am after 15 days from the promised date to replace the product. In the meanwhile, I contacted various people, including Customer Service, Service Center and Replacement Department to know the status of replacement. But got no positive response, just wait wait and wait. When I contacted Customer Service, rather than following up on my existing case, they raised a new complain and informed me that they will get back to me by 14h May 2015. What a delightful Customer Service has. I am extremely unhappy with Panasonic product and its after sale service. Need Help. If there any attorney (from Delhi) reading this post.
