Panasonic — Ac servicing around one months but no result | |||
I have bought a panasonic inverter ac on 26.04.2014 from khosla electronics chinsurah branch, it is get some fault on the first weak of july, before that also it consume a huge reading on electricity bill, after starting tha ac around 10 minutes it automatically turned off and the timer light going to blinking, we call for panasonic customer care they send their mechanics within 24 hours he only clean the ac and looking for error code in remote and showed me that error code is h15.and told that he have to change one weir in the outdoor unit, after three days he came back with the weir but he is unable to rectify the error and go back without saying a word, again i call panasonic customer care for their help they sent another two man for pumping down the machine but for bad weather they also go back and returned after few days and doing pumping down for around 5 hours, but no result are coming out from that, now they are saying that the pvc board have to be changed, and also sayed that if the problem is not rectified then again they have to change another things, pls help me out from this problem because in west bengal still the weather is too hot, but owning a ac also around one months it is very hard too continuing life without ac, my phone no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
