[Resolved]  Panasonic — After sales service

I have purchased Panasonic W/M TL 6.5 Kg NA-F65HS3RRB Washing Machine topload on exchange basis from Croma, a Tata Enterprise, Pune on 12/07/2014 and on 13/07/14 the machine was delivered at my residence in Pune and after that I got message that your Installation and demo will take place within 48 hours. I keep on calling Croma for my machine installation, but in vain after 10 days person from Panasonic Mr Amar Gundecha attended for and on that particular day entire Pune city is suffering from shortage of water and even we don’t have water in our overhead tanks, so the person explained 2 minutes orally about the operation, but we could not understand how to operate after we had water in our tanks, hence I called Panasonic customer care in [protected] for 2nd time demo on 27/07/14 and they replied within 24 hours technician will call you and attend. I had read the manual and operating my self with manual, and I am getting some technical problems then again I called the helpline for help. I got the answer that technical people are busy and they will call you back. But I did not receive any call on this issue. I called customer care on 28/07/14 and they gave one service centre Number 020 41312563 and asked me to call on that number to call technician. I called the number and I got the message that your complaint was registered with us and attend you shortly after calling you, but no call is received till now. I have received a call from Panasonic regarding DEMO, I explained my entire dissatisfaction about service to them and they assured me within 2 hrs we will make technician to attend and resolve your problem, but no call received from PANASONIC. If this is the situation after sales service how anybody can purchase consumer durable from PANASONIC again. Definitely I will not purchase anything from Panasonic and advise my friends also to do the same thing so that they also cannot suffer like me in future.
