I want to complain about Panasonic Air Conditioner (CU-YU18YKYD) with serial no: 222PAJDPBU00717 that I purchased on 26/04/2022 (Just above 1 year) from sai electronics veraval, 362266.

My registered mobile number is [protected].

We had Panasonic Engineer visit during the 1 year warranty time for the same issue.

When we complain about the cooling the service engineer first refilled the GAS and then later he found some leak. still, there was no improvement and they drained all the gas and then refilled it completely.

After refilling the gas this unit was still underperforming in terms of cooling. The service engineer informed us that it would take some time to open up the gas and it will get it fixed.

We don't use the air conditioner every day and now the summer is started. Now I see the same issue exists. I am getting hot air from the unit and not having any cooling effects. we just checked now and it had the same issue which was reported during the warranty period. it looks like the refilled gas is getting out slowly or some other issue.

I had multiple home appliances from Panasonic and to the day I am happy with the products. this incident was taken very bad impression and totally dissatisfied with the support/response.

I had raised a ticket but now they are asking for Rs.4000 to resolve the issue. Your customer support is pathetic and the person who accepts the call does not have empathy. Panasonic — Carelessness, irresponsible, negligence in the services. The local authorized service centre is pathetic!!

Why would anyone go for Panasonic products as there are 100 brands available in the market? I had trust in Panasonic Products and services now I am totally dissatisfied. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem or replace the product.

    I bought an AC 30.04.2022, from Smart World, Tonk Road Jaipur.
    During April, 2023, when I started my AC was not working, so I made a request for servicing AC but nobody turned up to repair the AC.
    Subseqently, I again request the company customer care for repair vide service request dated 29.04.2023 and 06.05.2023 but all in vain and nobody attend to repair the AC. I am facing very trouble in so high temprature.
    In this regard it is requested that kindly the company may be directed to resolve the issue in warranty period as the first and second request were made in warrant period.

        Aircon Job id : R[protected] dt[protected] is still pending
        Background: purchased 2 split a.cs dt[protected], and no one turned during warranty period/even after Reliance digital raised to attend warranty call. Request you to check records.
        Now mechanic says mother board and Fan needs replacement for which I need to pay for the Fan motor.
        I have around 10 a.cs in my own flats and till dt I never replaced Fan.
        How can it fail within this short period.
        I need a free replacement and need to take back the old and do analysis for early failure and take corrective action.
        Awaiting your early reply and speed up resuming a.c. working.

            Recently I purchased Panasonic Split inverter AC on 22nd April, 2023 from Great eastern retail Pvt.ltd, Madhyamgram and they have provided me the same on 29th April but the installation is being still delayed by the company service center they have informed that before 6th May, 23 they can't provide installation whereas the company is offering priority installation within 24hrs. Infact for 2days when we connected to the customer care service person different officers informed me different charges for installation and in the company's website standard installation charges is 699 rupees plus GST and ODU stand is free of cost but we have been charged this from the shop . Why this disparity is going on by the company ? I have mailed you before on 27th nd 28th APRIL but got no response. Very worried with the service of this company. Try to resolve the problem nd provide the installation date at the earliest. Let me also know proper standard installation charges from your end nd why we couldn't get ODU stand for free.

              I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by the Thrissur Service Center, located in Kerala and customer service by panasonic.I registered a complaint regarding my refrigerator, which was not functioning properly. A staff member from the service center visited my home, but was unable to identify the issue and suggested bringing the refrigerator to their service station. However, due to financial constraints, I was unable to transport the refrigerator to the service station, and instead consulted a local repair person who identified the issue as a faulty compressor. ( i never experienced this complication when i use other brands)

              I contacted the service center again to request a new compressor, but was informed that they could not provide one and that the compressor needed to be replaced. I agreed to transport the refrigerator to the service station to facilitate the replacement, but have been waiting for over 1+ months for a resolution. I have made multiple requests to expedite the process

              I understand that Panasonic's service procedures is complicated, but the delay in resolving the issue has caused me significant inconvenience. It is especially difficult to be without a functioning refrigerator during the hot climate and fasting month. I am disappointed that my repeated requests for assistance have been ignored.

              Current status: compressor has been received at the service station, but there has been no further update regarding the repair status. They promised i will get within 3 days ( now over 5 days they did not called )I urge you to prioritize the resolution of this issue and communicate with me promptly regarding the status of the repair.

              I have been a loyal customer of Panasonic and purchased the refrigerator only four months ago. However, the repeated issues and poor service have caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. I have lost confidence in the quality of Panasonic's products and service, and will not consider purchasing any Panasonic products in the future.

                My panasonic AC got delivered 4 days back but till now I didn't even receive any call from the technician. I tried reaching out to them, initially they told that they will send the technician but at the end of the day it's not installed and now they are ignoring my call.
                It's frustrating for me even after paying the full amount, I have been waiting for their installation.

                  I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the delayed installation of my AC. The scheduled installation date was 24-April-2023, and I received a call informing me that the installation would be delayed until 25-April-2023. However, as of today, 25-April-2023, I have not received any further updates or communication from your team.

                  I reached out to your customer service department, and they informed me that the installation will be delayed yet again and will now take place tomorrow. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, the lack of communication and delay in the installation has caused me inconvenience and discomfort.

                  Despite my repeated attempts to obtain information about the installation of the AC, their team has failed to communicate with me proactively. Instead, I have had to make multiple calls to their customer care or service center to seek updates. Unfortunately, each time I contact them, I receive the same response that the installation will happen "Kal Hogi" (tomorrow).

                  Furthermore, this delay has already happened twice with the same excuse, and I am not confident that the installation will occur tomorrow as promised. Due to this poor after-sales service, I am concerned about the reliability of this company in the future, and I would like to request a full refund with GST.

                  I believe that this step is necessary since I cannot rely on their commitments and it has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I hope that they will consider my request and take prompt action to resolve this matter.

                    New AC been damaged by serice center. AC removed in name of water wash and installed in damaged condition, even after today 40th days the same not working inspite of repeated visits of technicians.
                    Today its been declared as PCB and Compressor both damaged and to be replaced and need to wait for another week.
                    I requested for spare AC, until the same is replaced. I have small kids and summers are too hot.
                    But No support ...
                    I made a mistake of buying panasonic product and servicing with brand OEM.
                    Still problem not resolved.

                      We have received repair job card even though we had not registered any kind of repair service.

                        We had purchased 2 Nos Panasonic Inverter Split A/C 1 Ton. Unit was at its best for the first year till warranty. After warranty we called Panasonic
                        for general service through Panasonic sales team from Rathan Fan House, T.Nagar, Chennai named (POWERFUL COOLING SYSTEM) on 29 March 2023. The service team removed the Indoor unit and took it for water wash and installed next day and informed A/C is good with no problem. At the same night we observed NO Cooling.

                        Next day when we called the same technician, after 24 hrs at their visit they checked and informed as Air lock happend in pipe line and it been released and A/C will function good. But again the same night No Cooling.

                        Again we called technician after 48 hrs the technician visited and said after water wash they forgot to recharge coolant gas and now they will charge. Again same night we noticed little bit cooling at 18 degrees around 11.00 Am we started to experience mild cooling. But during day time at 32 degrees A/C is struggling and NO Cool.

                        Further, again we where forced to contact the service team, but this time there approach was bad and non cooperative.

                        From the date of service 29 March 2023 till date its been 25 days still we are struggling with service team and A/C.

                        Panasonic brand being world reputed, such service is not expected and still we are struggling with the brand new A/C which is just 1 year old.

                        Now am skeptical to service my second A/C as the same might happen. Hope Panasonic Service is worst and custormers shall be forced to purchase new A/C every year.

                        With Panasonic brand this summer we are frustated and request support team immediate response.

                          I am not all afraid to say still in 2023 their sales after support service is worst.
                          Even after 4 days of AC delivery noone has turned up for installtion .
                          Their customer care no takes 20 min to connect with you. and literally they have no answer to your queries. Even i called to their prakash singh rawat @[protected] no given by panasonic team but no response from their side.
                          They are just passing the ball here and there.
                          Even i have raised the concern on mail Service.[protected]@in.panasonic.com
                          with requets I[protected] but none has responded yet.
                          Their products are good, but really after sales service sucks.
                          Now i am thinking to return their product and buy LG

                            Panasonic ac outdoor compression 3 time companies registed.
                            engineers comes to home and solve this problem but after 1 to 2 week noise and vibertion problem started again.
                            engineer already told this problem regarding senior panasonic surat officers but panasonic surat main branch person ignore this problem again and again .
                            engineer and me already told this problem but no solution this.
                            outdoor unit back side, front side and one more side vibration problem coming again and again.

                            This is bad experience by panasonic surat branch and panasonic companie both side.

                            After purchase this ac 3 time companies under 1 year .

                              Sir, i purchased a Panasonic split ac 1.5 ton 5 star on 27/03/2023 it got delivered on 31 march 2023 and now it got faulty. I have called customer care for rectification of same but i am tired of calling them again and again its not being attended since last 48 hours whereas they assure to attend the service within 24 hours, neither they are giving proper response. I request you to intervene the matter and take action to rectify the matter.

                                I have purchased one 1.5 ton panasonic ac and one vguard inverter from barasat great eastern on 06/04/2023.it is almost 10 days over my product is not delivered yet.every day i see your negligence in delivery.every day you are saying i will deliver tomorrow. But you are not delivering my product.i cannot tolerate this type of misbehave and rude behave.it is not expected from your service.very bad service and bad experience from great eastern electronics

                                    I already complaint regarding my washing machine but the service manager behaviour is very rude he didn't respond call/msg and cut the Call . My family suffer from 12 days but the problem still not resolved and no response from service center .
                                    This cheap service is not acceptable from Panasonic india .
                                    My product is in Warranty but my family only get pain that i choose panasonic .

                                        I have booked ac service last week and the Panasonic service personal broke some body part during service and also didn't clean the inner unit properly.
