[Resolved]  Panasonic — Faulty fridge E _NR-BS60MHX1/207PLCCATU00233

I had purchased the brand new fridge under the above mentioned company from the one of the dealer in Vellore locality which is DARLING ELECTRONIC, I have paid full payment Rs 49 000/-, with warranty about 10 years. following a year noted fridge was not working in terms of cooling and food items were spoiled, which has been notified to dealers at DARLING ELECTRONIC dealers. staff turned up after few days and delayed the fixing fridge, At multiple times were insisted them to replace the new items, however no one has been taken any initiatives in order to replace. most of the time different staff members visited at different dates and tried to fixed it, taken many photos of faulty fridges saying that we will get back to us. Dealers form DARLING electronic purposely delayed resolving the issues, finally they decided that will be replace the new items under the same company and forcing us to buy under the same dealers if not will not replace items, they literally threatening my family in order to buy from the dealers. which make me upset and lost my reliable regarding the company. I am not even think that if any item under Panasonic company will be resolve in good manner in future as per my recent experience. after the many phone calls and emails, They decided to give the claim amount only Rs 4900/- which is really so devastating experience which i had with company staff members( Mr Saravana Kumar R, Jitendra as, Sugandha Bhatia and Darvinguru)
