I bought my air conditioner in 2016 for authorised dealer of panasonic product next month onwards my air conditioner gas was leaked out and i have complain to the customer care for that problem and representative was come and he refill the gas whiout checking and problem was still on going and i stop my air conditioner for next season because september is not so hot, and next season i start my air conditioner but colling was not worked and then i complain again for that problem, again panosonic engineer was come and again he refill the gas, when i asked for the problem he said...

We have taken ewc contract on 10th april 2017 vide bill nos. 7399 and 7400 for our 2 unit of panasonic air conditioners through your authorized service center, air con engineers, d-22, south extn, part-1, new delhi. We have paid a sum of rs.23998/- towards repair and maintenance service for the above two units of air conditioners. The engineers who visited our office is demanding charges for cleaning (Jacket) services whereas it should be done free of charge.

I called the service center yesterday to send a mechanic for the servicing of the ac machine. The person said that he will be sending the service man today by 12 pm. However my father have to wait for him but the service man did not turned up. So when i called him at 1 pm he said that the service man is not available at that time he will go after an hour. After another 2 hour the service man did not turned up and suddenly i got a call at 2:50 pm that the service man can go now. Due to his negligency the whole day of my father wasted. I am from faridkot, (Punjab). I have bought panasonic split a. C model number - cs-lc18uky from gulati electronics, faridkot three months ago and it is under warranty... And i am facing problem for the cooling that is not much doing even if the temperature is at 16 degree then also it remains like that of 26 degrees... So i request you to please send your service engineer at my residence... So that the problem i am facing should be solved quicker...

I have buy panasonic ac cs-qn 18uky/1.5 ton in 16/06/2018 in great istren in barasat
Installation in your authorised service center (A. P international) and installation person name is amit paul.
He install ac in my room and charge is 2550 rs in cash
But he is no inform me what function is remote how mantinance ac and mostly how many service is free and date no inform me. I don't know.
(And important shop worker says installation is free and main bill write is installation is free but your person charge me installation charge 1500 for me.) please resolve...

We have 4 panasonic dp mb 300 printers. The monthly consumable usage of these printers are minimum 8 toner cartridges and 2 drum cartridges. But for last 4 months we have no availability of the materials at bhubaneswar. We have enquired with all the channel partners of panasonic business printer division and as well as mr. Sujit, but to no avail and our printers are sitting idle for last 2 months due to zero availability....

This is with regards to a fridge we purchased on 05/06/2018.

Since day one we have had serious condensation issues in the fridge which are on the extreme end. With regards to the same there have been 5 complaints lodged till date . For the 1st 4 complaints your technician came and tried to sort the matter without any success . They kept telling us that this is a normal level in any fridge. I have highlighted to them that we too have been using fridge of different brands since past 37 years and never have we encountered such level of condensation . However your technicians refused...

Ref. : purchased two panasonic window a/c.

This is to inform you about some discrepancies have been found in service of panasonic and sargam elecrtronics (Dg care) - a very short period i. E., completion only 2 (Two) years from date of purchase - pcb & display board both are not working?

2. Gas is leaking twice in a year inspite of blue coating in panasonic a/c, which puts a question mark on quality of panasonic product and mis-selling of the sargam electronics.?

I had purchased a Refrigerator consideration of Rs. 30000 paid in cash
The said goods are suffering from the following defects:
(i) Refrigerator is off and it is not running now

I have reported the above matter to Company & their officers several times but
despite all my pleadings company have not made good the defect in the goods (deficiency in
services) which is indeed regrettable. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure
and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered losses/incurred expenses Rs. 60000/-...

I am highly dissappointed by this company's services and people working there. I purchased an AC on 25th may 2018. At the starting of july it stopped working and I filed the complain on company's support on 5th july for it's repair or replacement whatever required. They sent their engineer After 2 days and he suggested us to get this AC replaced(under warranty) because of damaged air pipe. I called them and reported the problem that their serviceman told me. Panasonic — 42" panasonic tv

In k. V. Sitpaur (Up) a 42" panasonic tv was purchased on dated 01/12/15 from anuj infotech, aliganj, lucknow.
It use to take view of cameras installed in vidylaya. But on 17/07/18 it was showing only red light in its panel. Reg. It a complain lock by mobile by our engineer and we receive a response that it will recover with 24 hrs but till now issue is not resolved....

My panasonic mxss1 malfunctioned. Two of its parts are faulty. We logged complaint the customer care number gave us another number to call, which in turn gave us another number. Ultimately we were given a specific service engineer's number. This engineer asked us to sent address and complaint details through whatsapp, which we sent.. After 15 days he informed us parts are not available. And last month the parts are not available. Why should we buy panasonic products, if it cannot serviced....

During the year 2014 i perched panasonic ac 2018 the compressor was failure six times
Though warranty period of the compressor was 5years cheating panasonic mechanic is usually talking rs 2300 time to time last six month back the ac set was carried to bhubaneswar head office & again that was fitted but the problem arrised again.
After the compressor is damaged 4times the panasonic office bearers told to supply new one but handover the same old machine & told the machine was inorder & no further complen,
They are harassing the costumers.
So i am prepared to lunch consumer...

I purchased one 2 ton split ac in 2017-18.. Now, since beginning of this season the ac cooling is not at all effective... I have been complaing in this regard several times.
Panasonic authorised service centre people come to my place... Take hours in the process of rectifying the problem which is unknown to them...
They advised us to escalate the problem to the senior of panasonic... We have been suffering badly in the summers due to failure of panasonic ac (Which is costlier than many of the other quality products available in the market and is sold with lot of promises).

Serviced by service team during warranty period it was ok.
Again called for free service in March 2018 after service took trail found there is no gas.When enquired found it was intensionaly leak by loosening the bolt at AC end.when first service was done it was winter.
How gas can leak while it was after first service.
Gas was filled by team but cooling is not effective seems it has leaked again due to poor service or repairing...

Panasonic — poor servicing of ac and unnecessary charge of bad servicing

I had a construction work going on at my place
So the outlet of my split ac(out of warranty) was removed.we called the panasonic service centre and two men visited our place and did set up the outlet in the same place which before was open one but after construction was closed.They xharged 1500 something for installation and 3000 for gas filling(4500) in whole.And consequently my ac went bad.outlet started making noise and ac stopped cooling.we again called the service ventre and two other men visted and they mentioned that the outlet due to overheating went bad.And now it has to be reinstalled...
