I booked a AC on 5 June 2022 from great eastern and they installed the ac after some day. But the ac is not cool the room. So i applied a complain for that and they said the outdoor unit is not good. So What I do I give 40000 rs but they did not provide me the good product at all. And the service company is also not good.

    I bought panasonic ac from Amazon in march 2022, but the AC is not working effectively. It is not able to cool the room and even if the AC runs the entire day, the room temperature hardly changes.
    I have lodged a complaint multiple times but the issue is not yet resolved.
    This AC is defective and I want to get it replaced asap

      2 units of 2 Ton 4 Star Inverter ACs purchased and under warranty. One Unit is working fine but the 2nd unit is giving trouble repeatedly. (Only hot air after a few minutes or sometimes from the beginning itself !) Engineers have visited at least 4 to 5 times and each one passes the buck on to a senior technicians visit. One says we don't know how to operate the Unit !!! Another says "Gas has leaked" then the "senior" engineer comes and says the Gas is absolutely fine !!! This blame game is going on and on. In the meanwhile with no solution. They have absolutely no clue or product knowledge ! This is not expected from an internationally reputed and respected company who we chose to do business with instead of many other established brands in the market.

        I purchased Panasonic AC from Vijay sales Tilakroad, Pune on 01-May-2022.
        The installation was done on 7th May 2022. Till 3rd June 2022, AC was working good however for some reason, AC cooling is not happening as expected from 4th June 2022.

        Panasonic AC has not even completed 1 month of installation however now not working as expected.

        Please investigate the issue and replace the faulty piece under warranty.

          I bought Aircon Split AC, Model No. CS-S18RKY, SERIAL NO.[protected] and [protected] on 06 April 2016.

          Company engineer visited on 21 June 22, vide service request no R[protected]. we had paid iNR 500+ Tax. It was diagnosed by service engineer error H-59 . Requested sensor have to be replaced in two to three days. After chasing with your customer care, it was told your service request has been cancelled with out assignment of any reason.

          When i bought this AC, I was told its compressor having 10 years warranty. When I interacted with Area Sales Manager ( ASM), they informed me this parts is not available in India due to the said model is not in production.

          Please help me out to get replacement of sensor or any parts for model as mentioned above, if company is giving compressor having 10 years warranty must have to maintained spare inventory upto 10 years. I had spend 50k on purchase of item from reputed company.

            I purchased Panasonic 1.5 Ton split ac on 26th May 2022, They delivered 2020 model which was 2 years old with a different model number than the 1 that was in the bill, Now that I have pointed this out they asked me to come all the to warehouse to collect the model that was in the bill, when I brought the replaced model home, to my shock the model year has been erased by the team and delivered. This is an unethical business practice by the team

              Hello

              We bought the following washing machine in 2016 from Ramesh Corporation, Ahmedabad:
              Fully automatic front load, 6kg
              Model no: NA-106MC1L01
              Serial no:[protected]

              It stopped working in 2019, wherein we called the toll free no[protected] and they sent in an engineer who checked it and said it needs a motor replacement. We kept calling them and they eventually said that the part is not available at the company.

              We bought another machine in the meantime, planning to get this fixed eventually.

              This month I called the Panasonic toll free no and they duly sent me an engineer who checked the machine and then made a phone call in front o[censored]s and asked if the motor is available at the company and he told us- yes, it is available. That they will then take the washing machine at their service centre and repair it.

              It is now two weeks of calling and following up, eventually speaking to the manager, Mr Patel, I was informed that the product has been phased out and the part is unavailable and will never be available.

              However when I mentioned that the product motor must be under a warranty, he did the due diligence from his end and I eventually received a call saying, yes, the motor is under a warranty and that they have requested for the same from the company. Mr Patel has been very responsive and helpful with the matter, however, nothing is moving to get the machine fixed.

              There is no confirmation if the part is available. There are conflicting statements about the same. Say, why did the technician tell us now, after making a call, yes, the part is available and for 6000 Rs?

              We were not given this clarity in 2019 either, which is why we kept the machine for we were under the impression that it can be fixed.

              What do we do with the machine now? It has hardly been used for 3 years and does not deserve to go to e-waste. How can the parts be unavailable within three years o[censored]se? Machines last 10-15 years even if the model is phased out.

              When I called the toll free no again, they want to set up a new call and send a new technician, who'll charge a new service fee, not repair the machine and close the call on their own!

              I sent an email to Service.[protected]@in.panasonic.com a weekago, but had no reply.

              I do not know if the complaint here will be heard anywhere, nonetheless I am trying to see if it generates a response for closing this matter.

                I had ordered the panasonic split ac from flipkart on 30th March.Installation was done on 8th April.I had a technical issue as soon as i switched on the ac, it showed H11 error.so i requested for assistance from panasonic.they responded by sending a technician in a few days, and he told the query will be resolved asap. But as requested I waited 10 days for my ac to work in this hot summer with 42 degrees.A technician comes and says that the earlier fault found by the earlier technician was not correct, there is a new fault.it took them 15 days to find out the fault.
                Now its been 20+ days and i am still waiting.
                Pathetic service as i just bought this ac 2months back only and i had high hopes from panasonic.

                  I had purchased inverter split AC six years ago. The AC has stopped functioning. I have been in continuous contact with the company customer care and service centre but to no avail. They are telling me that the company has stopped producing the spare parts which are needed. How can a company stop providing the split parts after 5-6 years when an average life span of AC is claimed to be 15-20 years.
                  It was an expensive AC and the service centre has asked me to buy a new one as this will not work.
                  In this record breaking summer this harassment is causing health issues and mental stress.
                  Please help

                    Very worst experience faced recently and till now the issue has not closed. Poor customer service and they are simply enclosing that we cannot follow today as it is power shutdown. But the service man collected his duty charges from us till date no follow-up. Personally I've pleased to check and disclose and it's nothing but a minor speaker problem. Being a homemaker with a toddler we couldn't manage tv with audio problem. Kindly look into this issue ASAP.

                      After the purchase of the AC the AC remote internally broke down means the screen of the remote(I think the problem is regarding the chip inside) was not working automatically few months after the purchase. I contacted the service man and told about the issue they told me that we will exchange it and it was during the warranty period.
                      But i didnt got any information about it now they are saying that I have to pay for the remote. Its not an issue for paying but how can they be so irresponsible.

                        You have the most irresponsible staff and disgusting after sales service
                        I would never recommend anyone to buy your products
                        Highly unprofessional attitude you people have for your customer
                        Been contacting you from two months but no results
                        The persons you assign for the complaints never turn up
                        And revert to you that the job assigned has been done so complaint is closed

                            I have bought split AC in the month of March 2022 . After AC instalation we have identified issue and registered complints. After so many visitings by panasonic service persons they said problem with indoor unit i.e, found leakege in indoor unit. hardly used 2 hours.Almost 50 days completed but still the issue is not resolved yet.
                            Now they are saying that we will repair the product, As a customer how should we agree with that.
                            panasonic technicians are not fully trained.

                              I had registered a complain woth their customer care for my water purifier not working. While I called them they said that it will be resolved in 24 hours. But they it has been a month it has not been resolved. Their customer service is really pathetic. Don't go for any product of theirs.

                                We had a bad experience post buying a Panasonic 584 L with Inverter Side by Side refrigerator (NR-BS60VKX1, Dark Grey). We Purchased this refrigerator on 3rd October 2021, by Paying RS.58740/- from Amazon.

                                We are just into the 7th month since we purchased this and the same is not in a working condition. Inspection by Panasonic technician confirmed that the Heater, Thermo fuse & sensor of this refrigerator has got damaged and needs replacement. Fridge also produces huge noise while working which we understand should not be the case for an Inverter refrigerator. Kindly note, right now we are not in a position to connect the refrigerator to the power supply as it causes dripping of the power and is impacting the power supply at our residence. We strongly feel that the refrigerator that was delivered to us was a faulty one and was not leaving upto the Panasonic brand.

                                We had contacted customer care & subsequently service center manager (Manjunath) to highlight the issue and request for a product replacement rather than fixing up certain parts which are faulty for the time being. However this request was denied which we felt was unfair. We believe fixing certain parts may solve the problem for time being but may not be helpful in the long run as the product warranty will end in October 2022.

                                  This product and brand is a sham. We bought this product last month on 4th of April 2022. The experience from the very beginning was a nightmare. We had to do multiple follow ups to even get it installed. When at last, the installation guy came and opened the box, we found that the copper pipe was missing and had to buy it separately for ₹3200. And now just after a month the AC has stopped working. We raised a service request and the ticket was forwarded to Panasonic Service Agency (SRI NIKHIL DIGITAL SERVICES - Sanyo Service Center K.v.rangareddy, Telangana) and Spoke to *Mr. Gangadhar Reddy* (most annoying person ever he even abused us multiple times), he sent a technician and they told us that the outer unit isn't working, there is a GAS LEAKAGE. Technician even told me that they are receiving a lot of complaints regarding such issues. Technician visited again and did the welding work inside the outdoor unit for which he has to dismantle the entire outdoor unit. After the completed the work, technician asked us to turn ON the AC. The moment we switched ON the AC the master MCB got tripped and the technician kept repeating the same thing again and again. As a result of which the Master MCB got tripped *THRICE* . Technician told me because of this tripping issue (some wrong wiring connection from his end) the indoor to outdoor wire might has blasted and his manager *(Gangadhar Reddy) called me and asked to pay ₹[protected]* to change the wiring. He wanted us to pay this amount without any reason. He was extremely rude and clearly said they can't do anything about it. *Infact, he even closed the service request without our consent. We raised another service request as the issue was not resolved but *Gangadhar Reddy* *again closed the second ticket.* We are now struggling to get this AC replaced. Such a horrible experience. We usually buy Voltas AC. This was the first time we tried Panasonic and it was such a huge mistake.

                                      I registered my Grievance on the customer care portal on 12 April 2022 through my Mobile Number, for the non-cooling of the Split AC installed on my premises. As per the Job Sheet ( Copy attached), one engineer visited to my premises on 14/04/2022, and only detected Gas Leak ( R-410 A), and was paid visit Charges for the detection of the Defect "GAS LEAK", and assured us that REQUIRED GAS WILL BE FILLED ON THE NEXT DAY. Thereafter, again we made several follow up, and finally, on 25/04/2022, another engineer came and informed us that the cooling coil needs to be replaced
                                      We agreed to the replacement of the cooling coil, and we were informed that they have procured the cooling coil from the warehouse, and will be installed within one day. But, there has been no progress on this issue. I registered many SR from my mobile number on 01 May 2022, 4 May 2022, and 6 May 2022. My complaints mechanical forwarded to the service center, and thereafter I received a telephonic call from the service center every day at 11 a.m, and every time I was assured that service will be provided within 6 hours. But, after the call, the service engineers neither made follow-up nor responded to our telephonic calls. I brought to notice these incidents to their customer centers many times, and I was even provided mobile numbers of service engineers which were never responded to any telephonic calls
                                      I made 2 emails to [protected]@in.panasonic.com first on 25 April 2022 and second on 2 May 2022, awakening them to the exact position of our grievances
                                      I received no response, then I made an e-mail to the Head of customer care on 06/05/2022 Service.[protected]@in.panasonic.com. I again received no response
                                      Thereafter, I made another complaint to the service center via mobile on 07/05/2022 which was registered, and there was no reply

                                      Every time, I made a complaint to the service center for the last 1 month, they say they have forwarded it to the service center. The service centers made one or no calls, and thereafter they don’t pick up the phone. For the last 1 month, I got totally harassed by the inaction of the company staff, their service centers, and supervisors. They failed to provide service, giving wrong assurances to the Public and just wasting the time of the Public, despite innumerable follow-ups. They canceled all my previous complaints for reasons best known to them and promptly register the fresh complaint and just gave me the wrong assurances

                                        Still now there is no solution.
