I had same problem in 2 year . Paid 4000 for repair
Just 10 days back on 6th May the warranty of my newly purchased A/C lapsed, today I switched on faced no cooling issue and service person said there is no gas. 1 month back Panasonic person had visited for in warranty service. At that time I had requested them to check that there is no gas leakage issue. In the mean time they kept pushing me for AMC subscription. This may be standard theft practice followed by the company.
