Panasonic — Defective washing machine

I purchased a Panasonic Washing Machine Fully Automatic NA-F80X11CRB from Vijay Sales on 19 September 2024.

On 10 June 2025, an internal pipe broke during wash cycle and water leaked outside the machine flooding the place.

It took 2 days and much follow-up with calling customer care and serivce centre to finally get a technician to fix it.

Today the machine has leaked water again. Complaint has been registered. Technician will come and fix it again but we have lost all faith that this machine will work properly in future.

It takes a lot of time and effort for us to clean up the flooded part.

We are unhappy with the poor quality of the machine and want this replaced.
