Panasonic — Faulty panasonic led tv sold through snapdeal

I bought Panasonic 40 inches LED TV through Snapdeal almost an year back. Now all of a sudden after an year the LEd TV picture screen stopped working. When I contacted Panasonic Service center, they asked us Rs. 35, 000 to rectify the TV.
