[Resolved] Panasonic — Faulty Phone | |||
I purchased a Panasonic P51 on 27th Apr’14 as a gift for my wife on her Birthday & paid Rs.16599/- but instead of being a gift it has been a nightmare. There have been repeated issues with the phone in 2 to 3 months post purchasing it. I keep going to the service center to fix the problem & it functions for just 1 day and I keep getting the same problem again. The phone just goes dead and does not start. I have given the phone to the Service Centre three times and the same problem persists. I also wrote a complaint and requested for a refund as the phone has been repaired atleast 4 times now. I also requested for someone to call me but all I was told was that the phone has been repaired and I should collect it from the Service Center, The last email I received was on 08th October to collect the phone and I collected the phone on 11th October. It worked fine till 19th October and again it has stopped working. I will be submitting the phone back to the Service Center this week and would like to make a formal complaint with regards to the faulty product I have been sold.
