Purchased a fully automatic washing machine from panasonic around 8 years back. At the time of purchase (From reliance digital) we were assured of the service from panasonic. However, on 5th november we lodged a complaint with panasonic service centre and the technician visited the same day. We were informed that the pulsator has to be changed and would cost 1760/-. We agreed to the cost. After dozen calls to various persons in their service organisation, finally, the technician came with the pulsator on 16th nov only to tell us that the pulsator he has will not fit the model we have. When the service head for ncr mr. Jitender singh was called, he could offer no explanation for the lapse and when requested for the contact details of national service head, refused to provide the same.
We spent close to 30, 000/- on this purchase. There is no misuse of the machine and we have maintained it in excellent condition. Such lack of service from an international company doing billions worth of business in india is not acceptable and they should be taken to task. Was this information helpful? |
