Panasonic — I am complaining about eluga z 16 panasonic smartphone | |||||
I had purchased a panasonic eluga z campaign gold model through online purchase from snap deal which was delivered on date 17 oct-2015. After use of the phone for six months the defect for auto on - off was detected. After submit of the product to the service center channel-4 and then to omm maa agency at-cuttack, odisha the defect was temporarily corrected. But again and again the same defect persist for which the product was send to costumer service at kolkata on dated 10.5.2016 and 1.6.2016 twice. After receipt of the product on dated 21.6.2016 the mobile worked for 02 days. Again the same problem persist. So i am again submitted the product to omm agency, cuttack, odisha for rectification of the problem on date 23.06.2016. It shows from the above facts that either the set is defective or the problem is not properly detected by the service personnel. So i have to run to service center since 2 months for rectification of the problem on my set, invoice copy of the purchase and costumer receipt of the service center is attached for your ready reference. If the problem is not properly addressed this time, either the cost of the set may kindly be returned to me or a new set of my existing model may be given other wise i will be compelled to go for consumer case against the company.
