Hello senior authority panasonic india, I have submitted on[protected] my panasonic p55 imei [protected] & Imei [protected] to local service centre for within warranty Reparing due to some manufacturing sensor defect. Job sheet no. Kjaspas0061015pi212 Its been 2 months i still not received my mobile phone repaired and Back. And each and every time i connect to panasonic customer care [protected], they tell me only status of mobile is under Repairing status, and may be there are some parts not availble so, They only tell me to wait 1 week more etc. So this way, its almost 2 Months lately. But i am fade up of them, i need the resolution today, wherether Panasonic company fix my mobile or provide me replace new mobile. Please provide me the resolution asap in high priority.
