Panasonic — Issue against warranty and proper service | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have been purcahsed a led tv Model No. :- TH-32C400D on dated 02/11/2015 from croma. Now i have a issue that on its colour lines are coming. I locked a complaint to panasonic. Engginer visited at home and he said that internal pannel is broken. So, the issue will not cover in under warranty. The service centre peoples are saying i have to pay for it. So, please help me out of these. Cause my tv is not having any external damage so how could it happen i am not understaning is it possible. As my descusion customer care said that it will be coverd under warranty but service centre peoples are refusing it. And without my confirmation the service centre people has been closed the call also. Complaint No.: R[protected] & R[protected] The first one is old which has been closed without my cofirmation and second is newly register but no one has called me out against it.
