Panasonic — LED TV/ No reply regarding complaint of my product within warranty period | |||
I am Surender Aggarwal, I purchased a LED TV PAN LED 32B6D of RS 22000 from Kumar Electronics, 1990, Railway Road, Narela, Delhi-110040 on[protected] with Three(3) years warranty period. Invoice No. : SNR/2894/[protected]. On 11 January 2016, I registered a complaint on customers care regarding my product. The Led was not working. Technician named as Riyaz, phone number ( )came and took away some electronic board for repairing. And from since 12 January 2016, i am continuously contacting customer care and Riyaz, but they are delaying and not giving any satisfactory response. We are fed up of requesting them to repair our product, but they are harassing us. We call them daily and they just give contact no. of some other person, and forwarding our call from one person to other, and lastly it disconnects. Please help us resolve this issue.
