Thl50em5d model led tv is 3 year old purchased from vijay sales on 26 february 2013. Tv problem is since last 3 months it gets frequently switched off while running and it irritates. Two time complaint booked but nobody came to solve the same My another tv is sony and is 12 year old and running without problem Kindly resolve the problem earliest in one week. Extremely bad service provided by Panasonic. I would not recommend anyone to buy from you. I have been calling your customer care from last 10 days regarding the service of my window AC but no one has returned. Bad decision to buy from you.
