[Resolved] Panasonic — low part quality and overcharged service/part

I am continuously facing problem with my Panasonic Water Purifier( TK CS 80).
During the period of 1.3 yr RO membrane Housing breaks couple of times.
And the Service person overcharged for the replaced part.

Now again i am facing the same problem within 3 months.
I am very upset with the company product and there is no such sense of wasting time on calling again n again to customer support.

Waiting for your hopeful response regarding my issue.

We bought a panasonic mb 1500 printer's catrize on 10 or 12 march .
It did not work properly so wo sent it on amazon return.
But still we have not received our refund back.
We have much tried to contact you but your service is not connected us.
If we will not received our refund back then we will go to court.
