Panasonic — Mentally harrasement | |||
I bought my panasonic model no.LED TH-42AS610D on 30.11.2014 from sargam electronics. i have a problem on my screen there is dust on screen which diagnosed by mr.vinod tecnician.he said there is a manufacturing defect in this model.and he said that company's cartridge van will pick up the t.v. with proper packing for screen cleaning.from march after one month aur two month they took away the product and place back in my home i got 4 times service for this model.bahut pareshan hain credit card se purchase kiya hai aur abhi emi bhi poori nahi hui main bhi dipression mein ho gayi hu.asthametic patient job karti hoon baar baar mujhe office se aana padta hai.leave le kar.financialy mentaly physicaly they harrased me.this time Mr.vinod ne kaha ki aapke tv ka ghar par hi panel change kar denge.but is baar bhi company ki van tv le gayi aur screen clean kar ke de gayi hai tv lene ke 3 mahine mein hi hum pareshan ho gaye area manager.sumit sethi.sushil kumar phone bhi nahi uthate.aur koi response nahi dete.helpline mail par complaints ka koi jawab nahi hai.please help.if you can Was this information helpful? | |||
