Panasonic — mobile battery not getting charged & speaker not effective while is on during call | |||
I had purchased panasonic eluga ray max gold mobile from flipcart platform, from day one its speaker was not effective while keeping it on during call. Latter after 2 to 3 days, battery was not getting charged even though tried with other charger too. I had submitted the mobile to service centre and they asked for 15 - 20 days to resolve the matter. Now after 1 month i had not received the mobile, i had called many times the customer care, but of no use at the same times tried to call many executives but no one is picking the calls, all numbers provided are use less.
