Panasonic — non delivery of gift on purchase of led tv | |||
I bought 58 inches Panasonic LEaD TV from exclusive Panasonic showroom of M/s G. M. Trader sector 22-B, Chandigarh vide bill no GM22-1291 dtd 30.06.3017, under contest of "the Panasonic the greatest sale time" on confirmation to deliver delivery of free gift of Croma dinning set. I have visited showroom more than 20 times for gift however every time owner is used to saying that it will be directly delivered but no proper response is given by them. This is pathetic service given by the Panasonic. Kindly suggest what legal action can be taken against the company and dealer as well.
