Panasonic — panasonic ac service issue | |||
Hello panasonic, we have bought panasonic ac on jan 1st, 2018. We are residing in perungudi, chennai. We had done only 2 general free service so far. For 3rd service we registered in customer care on jan 11th, 2019. Today 12th jan, the technician came and said the coil has rust and there are several leakage inside the indoor unit, and would charge rs 4000/. Just because our warranty has ended on jan 1st 2019 which is 10days before. When we escalated to customer care, since rusting wouldn't have caused in last 10days and to cover it under warranty they are deviating the reason. Now they are saying its not rusting, but leakage at several places. Panasonic technician (Arunachalam) and the manager (Bala senthil) and murthy (Service centre proprietor owner) all were in conference call and blindly and rudely speaking that since it has passed warranty period we have to pay huge amount. They are falsely giving reasons that it has affected due to sewage water and many cheap reasons. Our neighbors are using samsung and og for several years without issues and we just a year old facing so many issues. When said the same they are agreeing that in perungudi area all panasonic ac having same issues. Is that panasonic so cheap products that it doesn't withstand what samsung and og qualities? Or is that the entire service representatives are looting us since it has crossed the warranty period? We have asked for general service, the last 2 service they did not report any issues but this time just because it's crossed warranty period are they reporting so many issues? How unstructured and illiterate people do panasonic has for customer service? Dec month has been colder in chennai and who would use ac at that time? And they saying since we didn't used for a month it has got problem... What the heck of reasons are these? Do you guys think us to be illiterate? Or do you guys have filled up your company will such people? They themselves saying that panasonic company will not agree since our ac has crossed warranty, when we asked to engage regional manager.. It is just a year and this panasonic product has ruined.. Are we given a faulty product? What solution are you going to give us panasonic?
