Panasonic — panasonic cs/cu-xs12vkyf ac

Address:flat no. 8 door no. 12 jain vamsadra apartments, north usman road

I bought panasonic air-conditioner, model cs-xs12vkyf, bearing serial number 193pajbkpu00059, purchased on[protected]. After a month ac stopped working (Cooling) for which i complained to the service centre. Then service people came and checked the ac. What service people told me was that the ac refrigerant is leaking and they have to recharge it again.

My question to panasonic are

· how can a brand new ac have a refrigerant leak?

· was it a defective unit or installation was not correct? It was installed by authorised service personnel only

· why job sheet and repair details were not provide for the first complain and subsequent service in the month of may 2019?

· how can refrigerant leak again around a year mark? Which is possible only if first complain was not looked after properly and unit is defective.

· who will be the responsible for ill effect of leaked refrigerant on my family health?

· as the second leak was not evident immediately and it took some time to leak, service personnel should have checked for the leak when they installed the new ac or after the first complaint.

As it is found by your service personnel after a second complaint that flare nut is loose. Whose fault is that the flair nut was left loose by your service people? Do i have to keep it recharging the ac every year and you will not address the real problem?

I will move to consumer court soon if this issue is not resolved and share my problem on every platform. And please provide me with a copy of the service details after the first and second complaint that took place in may 2019 and september 2020.
