Panasonic — panasonic eluga a2 mobile phone not working properly and shopkeeper, service center and mobile company no one can help me

मैं रामकृष्ण सोनेवाने मो न [protected] है।मैने तीन हफ्ते पहले सिटी कलेक्शन, नागपुर (महाराष्ट्र) से Panasonic eluga A2 खरीदा।परन्तु लेने के बाद से ही उस phone मे internet नही चल रहा था।customer care से बात किया तो उसने service center भेज दिया। उन्होंने software डाल कर दिया।अब internet चल रहा है परन्तु अब in coming call औऱ outgoing call बन्द हैं।औऱ मैं 9000/ रुपये देने के बाद भी phone लेकर services centre के चक्कर काट रहा हू।कोई थ्यान नही दे रहा।कृपया Panasonic लेने से बचे।
