Panasonic — panasonic eluga a3 mobile camera problems that can't connect to camera

I bought panasonic eluga a3 mobile via flipkart yesterday, after that i started the camera function not open message is flashing can't connect to camera please make sure to close other app that may use camera or flashlight. So i rebooted yet same so called care they suggested me to do some process in but not improve so i want to return/replace it. Multi national company check products then marketing. I deeply uncomfortable about product.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible so company image shall maintain
