Panasonic — Panasonic Eluga ARC Mobile phone | |||||
Dear Manish Sharma(CEO, Panasonic India), I have been using Panasonic phones since so long but this was the worst experience ever. I am having Panasonic eluga ARC and there was some touch screen issue. I submitted the phone to the service center at Bhiwani 127021 (HR) "New Radhey Krishna Communication" to Mr. Sachin Mehta and its been more than three months i have not received mu hand sent yet. The executive is so careless, he doesn't even answer my phone calls. Tracking number for the submitted handset is "KJASPHR142117PI10160". i have tried all the possible ways to get this. I have contacted ASM Mr. Tiwari" but no resolution yet. And now i am going to raise the issue in consumer court. I have given so much time even more than enough.
