sir my name is prashant and i live in lucknow (UP). i purchase your product penasonic p31 on[protected]. After one month my phone touch is gone then i was show in your service centre then he said your touch hardware is dead. I mean in one month hardware is defected. Then they said this set go in company and total processing time one month. After one month i got my set i m happy but after 3 month phone gone be dead then show that in center they said its hqrdware problem and set go in compny and date again one month i was totally fed up. after one month got set but again after one month same problm come and set going again for 1 month. it means in 10 month aprox my set is gone 4 month in service center. So sir my humble request please work on phone hardware and sevice center because we purchase your product for our convinient.
