Panasonic — poorest quality of tv gone faulty twice within 20 months | |||
I had purchased a panasonic 49" led tv through amazon on 9th october 2018. Model: th-49fx600d for almost 50, 000 rs of my hard earned money. This tv started getting black spots within a few months of the purchase despite of having no dusty environment around. I had to lodge a complain within 10 months and it was sent to the service centre for fixing the issue. Upon receiving i realised that the display was poorly fixed and it was bulgy at places. I raised the concern to the service engineer who said this is how it is. The tv again started having black spots and again within 10 months of the last fixing, 30% of the left side tv display has gone defected completely. This shows poorest quality of panasonic tvs, their displays, worst customer service as well as worst durability. This is disappointing, unacceptable and frustrating to see the repetitive faults in the tv so frequently, that you can not afford to fix them from your own pocket everytime after the warranty gets void. I did not pay 50k for just 10months or an year of proper working. I have invested so much money and i look forward to a durable product. Quality of such horrible level is not expected from a company like panasonic. I expect a proper solution to the issue by complete replacement of the tv or i will be forced to take action legally on the poorest of services provided by panasonic.
